Shedding the Elf

Almost 12 years since I started my first blog at age 15, I never thought I would see myself back here, starting anew. While musing with long time friends, and reminiscing about the good old days (which I seem to be stuck in) a.k.a. 2014 tumblr, I was reminded that despite the pointlessness in the digital dominated world, there may be room and perhaps love for the written word yet.

If you remember me as the caffeinated elf, welcome, if you have no idea who that is, you are even more welcome. I am trying to be very indie sleaze with a new platform and a new name with less quirk and more pretentiousness. Up until five minutes ago, I had no idea what reverie meant and was trolling CHAT-GPT for name ideas (apologies to the world for the environmental impact of my actions). Having learned that it means an act or state of absent-minded daydreaming, I have decided to embrace the delusions of a naïve 16 year old me and once again share whatever comes to my mind, be it a think-piece, review or reflection you are a welcome to journey and Reverie with Me.
